ALL EXTERNAL COMPANIES HIRED BY THE CUSTOMER MUST PRODUCE A COPY OF ADEQUATE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE DOCUMENTATION PRIOR TOTHE DATE OF THE EVENT. EASTERN PEARL BANQUETING HALL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY EXTERNAL COMPANY PERMISSION WITHOUT ANY REASON AND IF PROPER DOCUMENTATION IS NOT PRODUCED.

USE OF FIREWORKS IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN ON OR AROUND THE PREMISES. THIS MUST BE OBSERVED AT ALL TIMES.


• Fire works let without permission £1000 penalty and must be paid otherwise the function will be cancelled.
• All music played must go through sound limiter.
• 'DHOL' can only played inside the Hall.
• 25% deposit required on booking.
• Half of the payment must be paid before 4 weeks of the function and balance before 2 weeks.
• Any item left unattended or any personal loss, EASTERN PEARL EVENTS LTD will not be responsible.
• All functions must finish within the time limit unless prior decided.
• Any damage by the guests must be paid.
• Extra guests will be charged 25% above the booking price per person.
• Extra quests must be paid for before food is served.
• Management reserves the right to change prices without prior notification.
• Cancellations of Function Events 14 days prior to the function date will be charged at 50% of the agreed amount.
• There will be no REFUND if you cancel function 7 days prior to the function date.
